Job Requirements
- Fine dining restaurant experience with seating strategy and customer service skills
- Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday with flexible shifts
- Capacity to perform physical tasks related to dining service
- Compliance with safety protocols including glove use and slip-resistant shoes
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in fine dining restaurant management
- Proven customer service and seating strategy skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar Maitre D role preferred
Job Duties
- Manage seating arrangements and guest flow efficiently
- Oversee customer service to ensure a high-quality dining experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff for service excellence
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Train and supervise front-of-house staff
- Implement safety and compliance procedures in line with company policies
