Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare, produce, and serve high-quality foods on the cold side of the line primarily in the Sandwich and Salad stations
- Adhere to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Maintain clean, professional, and presentable appearance and demeanor
- Provide excellent guest service with friendly and engaging communication
- Work effectively in a high-volume environment with high energy
- Connect with guests by maintaining a ready smile and positive attitude
