Job Duties
- Prepare and produce high-quality foods on the Cold Side of the line
- Serve visually appealing salads and sandwiches following Urban Plates' recipes and procedures
- Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance and work area
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team members and guests
- Work consistently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with high energy
- Adhere to the company’s Core Values and Five Promises of a Great Team Member
- Connect positively with guests by maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor
