Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food preparation role is advantageous

Job Duties
- prepare and produce high quality, visually appealing salads and sandwiches in accordance with established recipes and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich and salad stations
- ensure consistent food quality and presentation on the cold side line
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- deliver excellent guest service and engaging interpersonal communication
- work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
