Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role is an advantage

Job Duties
- Prepare and produce high-quality salads and sandwiches in accordance with Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold side work area
- Provide excellent guest service with a positive and engaging attitude
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards consistently
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
