Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food preparation environment is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow standardized recipes and procedures
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare and produce high-quality food items on the cold side including sandwiches and salads
- Follow Urban Plates recipes and food preparation procedures strictly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station
- Provide excellent guest service and interaction
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Consistently uphold a professional appearance and demeanor
