Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year culinary experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform intermediate cooking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Moderate supervision and training required

  • Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays with primary shift PM (3:30pm-11:30pm)

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down of restaurant line
  • Stock and maintain designated food stations
  • Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards in a timely and efficient manner
