Job Requirements
- 5 years of kitchen experience is required
- maintain open constructive channels of communication with kitchen personnel
- demonstrate good attitude and cooperative nature with kitchen staff supervisors and guests
- follow directions from supervisor and ask questions as needed
- retain composure under pressure
- report complaints or problems to supervisor immediately
- stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- willing to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
- ability to obtain and maintain valid state-required licenses and certifications such as Food Handler's Permit and Sips and Tips

Job Duties
- prepare dishes according to menu and maintain high quality standards
- assist Sous Chef and Chef with supervising Level 1 cooks
- prepare and present daily menus focusing on specials such as soups, stews, and chilies
- restock and service stations during peak hours to assist servers
- maintain open and constructive communication with kitchen staff
- ensure food presentation lines are spotless and well-stocked
- adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols in work and service areas
