Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Measuring and preparing ingredients
  • Cooking food items using a variety of cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, and frying
  • Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food service
  • Communicating with servers and supervisors regarding orders and any issues
  • Assisting with inventory and ordering supplies as needed
