Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain food safety standards

Job Duties
- Measuring and preparing ingredients
- Cooking food items using a variety of cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, and frying
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food service
- Communicating with servers and supervisors regarding orders and any issues
- Assisting with inventory and ordering supplies as needed
