Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cooking preferred
- food handler certification desirable
- ability to comply with sanitation and safety guidelines
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- adhering to food safety and quality guidelines
- working across different dining areas as needed
- demonstrating a thorough knowledge of preparation techniques for all dining settings
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- assisting in inventory management and food ordering
- collaborating with culinary team members to ensure consistent food quality
