Job Requirements
- Food handler's certificate is preferred
- Working knowledge of Spanish language is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds in weight, regularly
- Must have good working knowledge of food preparation
- Must be able to communicate clearly with both staff and management

Job Duties
- Keep a sanitary work station that meets health department standards
- Follow all company procedures, policies, expectations, and quality standards
- Prepare menu items in a timely manner
- Work as part of a team
- Monitor product freshness and rotate stock in accordance with company policy
- Maintain station setup and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
