Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Functional knowledge of BOH and Bar operations
- Tech-savvy with POS, inventory, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for long shifts
- Strong math and financial comprehension
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team training and motivation
- Knowledge of back-of-house and bar operations
- Proficient with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform active duties for 10 to 14 hour shifts
- Strong math and financial comprehension including P&L and inventory management
Job Duties
- Connecting with guests and setting the energy for the floor
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring diverse teams
- Managing budgets, labor costs, and driving sales growth
- Ensuring food quality, beverage service, and facility cleanliness and safety
- Navigating P&L statements and controlling costs
- Collaborating with ownership on marketing initiatives and local engagement
- Conducting performance reviews, onboarding, and promoting internal talent
