Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Able to travel for work-related functions and training
- Ability to manage public dealings professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Able to handle physical demands of the job including standing and lifting
- Flexible and self-driven
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- New restaurant opening and local restaurant marketing experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new systems quickly
- Able to manage multiple priorities that may change frequently
- High level of emotional intelligence to measure performance
- Able to recognize problems and create actionable plans
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company standards, policies and laws
- Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including payroll processes
- Create crewmember work and training schedules
- Develop management-level crewmembers with performance management
- Act as manager on duty, open and close restaurant, handle cash management
- Monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance
