Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • Able to travel for work-related functions and training
  • Ability to manage public dealings professionally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Able to handle physical demands of the job including standing and lifting
  • Flexible and self-driven

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening and local restaurant marketing experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Able to manage multiple priorities that may change frequently
  • High level of emotional intelligence to measure performance
  • Able to recognize problems and create actionable plans
  • Valid driver's license
  • 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company standards, policies and laws
  • Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including payroll processes
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules
  • Develop management-level crewmembers with performance management
  • Act as manager on duty, open and close restaurant, handle cash management
  • Monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance
