Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • 5+ years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • Able to travel as needed for training and work functions
  • Able to lift, stand, walk and bend for extended periods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing staff and financial operations

Job Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple changing priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to recognize problems, set goals and convert plans into action
  • High emotional intelligence to measure performance objectively and subjectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptable to new systems
  • Able to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel
  • Strong public relations skills acting as brand ambassador
  • 5+ years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Ensures overall financial success and is responsible for forecasting and budgeting
  • Ensures restaurant compliance with company standards, policies and laws
  • Hires and terminates management-level crewmembers including payroll process
  • Creates work and training schedules for crewmembers
  • Develops management-level crewmembers including performance management
  • Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant, manages cash handling
  • Monitors profit and loss statements and executes strategies for financial and operational performance
