Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- 5+ years restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Able to travel as needed for training and work functions
- Able to lift, stand, walk and bend for extended periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in managing staff and financial operations

- Self-driven, flexible, highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively

- Experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred

Job Duties
- Ensures overall financial success and is responsible for forecasting and budgeting
- Ensures restaurant compliance with company standards, policies and laws
- Hires and terminates management-level crewmembers including payroll process
- Creates work and training schedules for crewmembers
- Develops management-level crewmembers including performance management
- Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant, manages cash handling
- Monitors profit and loss statements and executes strategies for financial and operational performance
