Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- must be 18 years of age or older
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- flexibility to travel for work-related functions and training
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- preferred experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing
Job Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple changing priorities
- self-driven, flexible, energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- effective working independently and collaboratively
- strong problem-solving skills with ability to set goals and execute plans

- 5+ years restaurant or retail management experience
- preferred experience in new restaurant openings and local marketing
- minimum age 18 years
- high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
- maintain restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
- hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including payroll processing
- create crewmember work and training schedules
- develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
- act as manager on duty including opening, closing, and cash handling
- monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance
