Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • flexibility to travel for work-related functions and training
  • strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
  • preferred experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing

Job Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple changing priorities
  • self-driven, flexible, energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • effective working independently and collaboratively
  • strong problem-solving skills with ability to set goals and execute plans

  • 5+ years restaurant or retail management experience
  • preferred experience in new restaurant openings and local marketing
  • minimum age 18 years
  • high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
  • maintain restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
  • hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including payroll processing
  • create crewmember work and training schedules
  • develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
  • act as manager on duty including opening, closing, and cash handling
  • monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance
