Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging productivity
  • Ability to oversee the restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and health department standards
  • Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge Microsoft Word Excel
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing reaching and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proven supervisory and leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and health department standards
  • Implement all merchandising and marketing programs

  • Manage multiple tasks including repeated bending standing reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
