Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Capable of repeated bending standing and reaching
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of P&L management and operational reporting

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging productivity
  • Oversee the restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and Health Department Standards
  • Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff and customers
  • Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending standing and lifting
