Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Capable of repeated bending standing and reaching
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- Ability to multi-task and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of P&L management and operational reporting
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging productivity
- Oversee the restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and Health Department Standards
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff and customers
- Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending standing and lifting
