Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department standards
- Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize financial reports for decision making
- Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development
- Ability to multitask and manage physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and improve operational performance
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal staff and external customers
- Manage multiple tasks and physical demands including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
