Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department standards
  • Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge, Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize financial reports for decision making
  • Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development
  • Ability to multitask and manage physical demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and improve operational performance
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal staff and external customers
  • Manage multiple tasks and physical demands including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
