Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership and coaching
- Desire to maintain high retention through employee development
- Ability to ensure compliance with company and health standards
- Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Ability to use financial reports to affect change
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience in customer service leadership
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to analyze profit and loss reports
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders
- Ensure restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Use profit and loss reports and store data to drive operational change
- Communicate effectively through oral and written skills
- Manage physical tasks including multi-tasking, bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
