Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant environment
  • Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Capability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to multitask and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Skilled in customer service leadership and coaching
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Implement merchandising and marketing programs as directed
  • Use profit and loss statements and store reports to influence operational changes
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with team members and customers
  • Maintain proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
