Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant environment
- Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Capability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Physical ability to multitask and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Implement merchandising and marketing programs as directed
- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to influence operational changes
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with team members and customers
- Maintain proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
