Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- A high school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to lead, train, and develop a restaurant team
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and use store reports effectively
Job Duties

- Manage multi-tasking duties including physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting
