Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience for candidates without diploma
- Ability to oversee customer service and staff training
- Ability to maintain high employee retention and productivity
- Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs
- Familiarity with P&L and financial reporting
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Capacity to multitask and perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports for decision making
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
- Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained
