Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
- Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching
Job Duties
