Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
  • Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer usage including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
  • Knowledge of merchandising and marketing programs
  • Ability to read and use P&L and store reports

Job Duties
