Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
- Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer usage including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
- Knowledge of merchandising and marketing programs
- Ability to read and use P&L and store reports
