Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in restaurant management
- ability to oversee customer service leadership and training
- knowledge of company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to promote a positive and productive work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- ability to multi-task and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft products including Word and Excel
- demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
- knowledge of P&L and store report utilization to drive operational improvements
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- oversee restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- use Profit and Loss (P&L) and store reports to affect change
- maintain excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- utilize proficient computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
