Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in restaurant management
  • ability to oversee customer service leadership and training
  • knowledge of company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to promote a positive and productive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • ability to multi-task and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft products including Word and Excel
  • demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
  • knowledge of P&L and store report utilization to drive operational improvements

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • oversee restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • use Profit and Loss (P&L) and store reports to affect change
  • maintain excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • utilize proficient computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
