Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with P&L and store reports

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees

  • Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards

  • Utilize computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
