This opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, a globally recognized fast-food restaurant brand known for its Mexican-inspired menu items. As a franchisee, the restaurant operates independently from Taco Bell Corporation and its affiliates. Franchisees are independent business owners who establish their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary among different franchisees. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory or management role in food service
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • ability to comply with brand standards and policies

  • Proven leadership skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • experience in recruiting and training team members
  • ability to manage financial performance including P&L
  • knowledge of food service or fast-food industry standards
  • demonstrated ability to foster a positive and productive work environment
