Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum one to two years of operations experience
- Must pass cooking test annually
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
- Must be flexible to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Job Qualifications

- Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum one to two years of operations experience
- Serve Safe certified
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of labor law
- Ability to perform front and back of house responsibilities
- Ability to train kitchen staff
- Strong financial analysis skills
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day store operations and activities of associates
- Plan daily work activities and allocate work assignments based on business needs
- Recruit and hire store associates
- Train, coach, develop, and discipline store associates
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Achieve store sales and profit goals
- Promote brand awareness and community outreach
