Job Duties
- ensure overall financial success of the restaurant through forecasting and budgeting
- ensure overall restaurant compliance to company standards, policies and laws
- hire and terminate management-level employees and crewmembers
- create crewmember work and training schedules
- develop management-level crewmembers including performance management
- act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling
- monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategy in financial and operational performance
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and document results
- deploy crewmembers during shifts and provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
- achieve and maintain training restaurant status
- meet or exceed crewmember and operations performance metrics
- complete other duties as assigned
