Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- New restaurant opening experience preferred
- Local restaurant marketing experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to measure performance with high emotional intelligence
Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant including forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company standards, policies and laws
- Hire and terminate management-level employees and crewmembers
- Create crewmember work and training schedules
- Develop management-level crewmembers including performance management
- Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling
- Monitor profit and loss statements and develop strategies to improve financial and operational performance
