Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 35 pounds
Customer-focused mindset

Job Qualifications

Restaurant and customer service experience
Knowledge of restaurant dining setup
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry 35 pounds

Job Duties

Set and maintain the standard for dining experience
Delegate daily responsibilities to associates
Coordinate with dining room staff in the preparation and follow-through of daily guest service
Keep track of inventory and budgets
