Job Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history
  • Management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Education and training usually associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage food production and back-of-the-house operations using company products and procedures
  • Ensure standards for food quality, recipes, and cleanliness are maintained
  • Oversee safety and labor management in the kitchen
  • Support restaurant operations in the absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • Implement Golden Corral systems to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to meet company standards
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
