- Education and training usually associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Job Duties
- Manage food production and back-of-the-house operations using company products and procedures
- Ensure standards for food quality, recipes, and cleanliness are maintained
- Oversee safety and labor management in the kitchen
- Support restaurant operations in the absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
- Implement Golden Corral systems to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Train and develop kitchen staff to meet company standards
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
