Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant kitchen manager
  • experience in high volume restaurant operations
  • knowledge of cost control practices
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with financial management tools
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3+ years current experience as a restaurant kitchen manager in a full service concept
  • experience managing high volume restaurants with over $3 million in sales per year
  • excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
  • strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • hands-on experience hiring training and developing hourly employees
  • ability to maintain high levels of food quality consistency and hygiene
  • proficiency with financials including profit and loss statements inventory and food labor cost control

Job Duties

  • train and educate kitchen team members on company culture philosophies standards and operations
  • manage food and labor costs within budget by training team members on cost control
  • attend weekly management meetings
  • build teamwork among team members and managers
  • create a fun and energetic environment
  • ensure efficient ordering and inventory management
  • ensure food is prepared according to recipes and served at proper temperatures and presentation
