Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum two years of management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a dedicated team
- Strong profit and loss knowledge
- Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of management experience

- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent knowledge of profit and loss management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state and local law
- Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
- Experience managing a team
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations
- Uphold company standards and brand ambassador responsibilities
- Manage inventory, ordering, and key profit and loss lines
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team motivation
- Oversee scratch cooking and food quality
- Ensure compliance with state and local certifications and permits
- Develop and lead a passionate and dedicated kitchen team
