Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a dedicated team
  • Strong profit and loss knowledge
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of management experience

  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent knowledge of profit and loss management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state and local law
  • Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules is a plus

Job Duties

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Uphold company standards and brand ambassador responsibilities
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and key profit and loss lines
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team motivation
  • Oversee scratch cooking and food quality
  • Ensure compliance with state and local certifications and permits
  • Develop and lead a passionate and dedicated kitchen team
