Job Duties
- Oversee food production and kitchen operations using company products and recipes
- Ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Manage labor and production in the absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
- Organize and maintain a smooth workflow in a high-volume buffet setting
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and supply levels
- Support the overall restaurant operations management team
