Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years kitchen management experience
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Good communication skills
Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in kitchen management or similar role
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Experience with inventory and budget management

Job Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and safety
Manage and train kitchen staff
Maintain inventory and order supplies
Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth service
Enforce cleanliness and sanitation standards
Monitor food costs and work within budget
Address customer concerns related to kitchen service
