Job Requirements

- Management experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
- Education and training related to business or hospitality
- Successful completion of Golden Corral’s management training program
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants

- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate within company systems and standards
Job Duties
- Manage food production using Golden Corral products and recipes
- Ensure back-of-house operations meet quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Oversee labor management and scheduling in the kitchen
- Maintain food safety and sanitary standards
- Step in for General Manager or Hospitality Manager during their absence
- Enforce compliance with company procedures and systems
- Train and develop kitchen staff
