Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum two years of management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Able to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state and local law
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring quality and safety
- Manage inventory and ordering processes efficiently
- Maintain key profit and loss (P&L) lines for restaurant financial health
- Lead and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence in food preparation and service
- Enforce health and safety regulations and obtain required certifications
- Collaborate with management team to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for operational reporting and communication
