Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Preferred experience with local and state health codes

  • Experience managing a team

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
  • Monitor key profit and loss (P&L) lines to optimize restaurant financial performance
  • Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of execution and hospitality
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to create a seamless guest experience
