Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Good physical stamina to handle kitchen demands
  • Ability to pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in kitchen supervision or management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Basic understanding of inventory and cost control
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen staff and operations to ensure food quality and timely preparation
  • Maintain high standards for food safety and cleanliness
  • Oversee inventory control and cost management
  • Train and mentor kitchen employees
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to optimize guest satisfaction
  • Schedule kitchen staff and manage labor costs
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
