Job Requirements

strong, stable work history with management experience in casual dining or family-style restaurant
education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

education or training in business or hospitality
successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties

oversee food production and back-of-house operations
ensure adherence to Golden Corral recipes, procedures, and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
manage labor efficiently in the absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
support overall restaurant operations
lead and motivate team members
ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
