Job Requirements

  • strong, stable work history with management experience in casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
  • successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
  • valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • oversee food production and back-of-house operations
  • ensure adherence to Golden Corral recipes, procedures, and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • manage labor efficiently in the absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • support overall restaurant operations
  • lead and motivate team members
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
