Job Requirements

  • strong, stable work history in restaurant management
  • experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
  • successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program
  • valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • oversee food production and back-of-house operations
  • ensure adherence to company recipes, procedures, and product standards
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • supervise kitchen staff and manage labor in the absence of senior managers
  • coordinate with restaurant operations management team to ensure seamless restaurant functioning
  • monitor food quality and production efficiency
  • enforce food safety regulations
