- experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
- education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
- successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program
- valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

- monitor food quality and production efficiency
- enforce food safety regulations
