Job Duties
- Manage food production and back-of-house operations to ensure quality and cleanliness
- Implement Golden Corral recipes, procedures, and systems accurately
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards
- Lead restaurant operations in the absence of the General and Hospitality Managers
- Oversee labor management and scheduling for kitchen staff
- Train and support kitchen team members to meet company standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
