Job Duties
- Oversee food production and Back-of-the-House operations
- Ensure compliance with Golden Corral's recipes, products, procedures, and systems
- Maintain high quality food standards and cleanliness
- Manage safety and labor in the restaurant
- Support overall restaurant operations management
- Lead operations in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
- Promote a positive and productive work environment
