Job Duties

  • Oversee food production and Back-of-the-House operations
  • Ensure compliance with Golden Corral's recipes, products, procedures, and systems
  • Maintain high quality food standards and cleanliness
  • Manage safety and labor in the restaurant
  • Support overall restaurant operations management
  • Lead operations in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment
