Job Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Education or training related to business or hospitality
  • Completion of Golden Corral's management training program
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage food production and back-of-the-house operations
  • Ensure quality standards for food, recipes, and cleanliness
  • Oversee food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Manage labor and scheduling in absence of General Manager
  • Support overall restaurant operations
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and systems
