- Position requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

- Ensure Golden Corral operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant
- Manage kitchen staff and provide leadership to achieve high performance
- Oversee food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- Monitor restaurant financial results and implement strategies for optimal performance
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
