Job Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history
  • Management experience in casual or family-style restaurant
  • Education and training associated with business or hospitality
  • Completion of Golden Corral’s management training program
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Qualifications

  • Management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral’s management training program
  • Education or training in business or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage labor and operational costs
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food production and ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage back-of-house operations including food safety and cleanliness
  • Utilize Golden Corral products, recipes, and procedures to maintain consistency
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to promote teamwork and efficiency
  • Monitor and control labor costs and scheduling in the absence of higher management
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
  • Support overall restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
