- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

- Ability to manage labor and operational costs

Job Duties
- Oversee daily food production and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage back-of-house operations including food safety and cleanliness
- Utilize Golden Corral products, recipes, and procedures to maintain consistency
- Lead and train kitchen staff to promote teamwork and efficiency
- Monitor and control labor costs and scheduling in the absence of higher management
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
- Support overall restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
