Job Requirements

  • education or training in business or hospitality
  • successful completion of Golden Corral’s management training
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • oversee food production to ensure quality and consistency
  • manage back-of-the-house operations following company recipes and procedures
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • control labor costs and scheduling
  • support overall restaurant operations in absence of general or hospitality managers
  • enforce company policies and safety regulations
  • train and mentor kitchen staff
