Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to undergo background checks if required

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members
- Maintain compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth service
- Manage food preparation and presentation to uphold brand standards
