Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to undergo background checks if required

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or related hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members
  • Maintain compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • Coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth service
  • Manage food preparation and presentation to uphold brand standards
