Job Requirements

  • Experience of 2-3 years in a culinary management role
  • Post-high school education or equivalent skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain high safety and hygiene standards
  • Capable of managing budgeting and procurement processes
  • Willingness to provide training and mentorship to staff

Job Qualifications

  • Post-high school education of 2-3 years or comparable skills
  • Experience of 2-3 years in a similar culinary position
  • Advanced knowledge of food service industry best practices
  • Strong communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Experience managing kitchen personnel and resolving issues
  • Ability to develop and apply culinary presentation techniques
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service

Job Duties

  • Coordinate staff and culinary activities for optimal performance
